Thank you for shopping with us.

We would like to inform you the changes related to the shipping and tracking.  Currently we are using USPS/Asendia as our carrier, which is one of the most cost effective ways to ship parcels from US to Japan.

As our warehouse is located in North California, we used to be shipping using the USPS's San Francisco warehouse to ship our parcels.  However, there were many cases where the parcels were stuck in San Francisco due to its capacity.

Therefore, after talking with the carriers, we are slightly changing the route by first sending our parcels in bulk directly to the USPS's LA warehouse.  This will retain the cost low, while it even may expedite the handling time within the US due to the larger capacity in the LA warehouse.

This change will impact the first scan of your shipment.

In the previous San Francisco route, the first scans were done same or next day after the dispatch. In the new LA route, because we will be sending the parcels in bulk to LA, the first scan will not happen in the first 4 to 6 days after the dispatch.

However, we think this will in total bring faster and shorter time for delivery.

Thank you.
